She was very knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation of features of the cars in which I was interested and the differences between them. She answered my questions and demonstrated the differences between my trade-in and the new Corolla. When I chose what I wanted, she had me sit in the driver's seat to show me the instrument panels, etc. She will have my business in the future, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
