I shared all the needed information with Tim over the phone and when I got to the dealership the next day I was in and out quicker than I could’ve imagined. Another sales team member, Jeremy Hernandez, took me around the dealership and explained all the benefits of getting my new vehicle serviced there. They did not try to force something else on us like other dealerships. They sat with us, listened to our needs and made sure we did not settle for less. When we walked in, it was not like the other dealerships we dealt with in the past. They were not just trying to make a sale. They let us take the time that we needed to discuss different options. Our last experience at another dealership did not go that well. The other dealership made promises that they did not keep which did not sit well with us.
