Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

I called BMW at the very last minute to see if they could fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle too fit my wife's car in on a Saturday morning. The Service Technician said he could do so if I had the car there at 0730. Upon arrival Jeremy Bongle took charge and immediately took my car to the service department. He asked if I wanted to wait or be taken home , I asked could he have it back to me in 90 minutes and he said yes , so I waited and after 70 minutes Jeremy had my car sitting outside!!
