Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

I had a negative experience at another local BMW dealership so on a referral from a friend I switched to Germain in Naples. Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with. My car broke down on a a Friday evening so I had it towed to the dealership and left there. I left a message for my service advisor Jeremy Bongle letting him know the car was there. The dealership was close to the dealership and left there. I left a message for my service advisor Jeremy Bongle letting him know the car was there. The dealership was closed over the weekend, but by Monday at noon I was given a call and the car had been fixed (battery replaced ) and even given its next servicing since I was close to the time. It was ready for pickup and washed and vacuumed. Couldn’t get any better. More

Jeremy was very helpful in solving the problem with my BMW. We decided on a course of action which made perfect sense and my car is responding well. And I have to say that I enjoy their great coffee while waiting for my car. More

I have bought a new car with Ken Bednar at Germain BMW and got an amazing experience. He was knowledgeable and very professional explaining everything about the car options and financing. I bought my car here, and will buy my next one here as well. Anyone can sell you a car it is the service you receive after that sets a dealership apart. Had follow-up work done on my X5 SUV a couple of days past and was very well taken care of. The maintenance people completed all work on a timely basis fixing my issue completely.
