Once we made the choice to get the car, he bought us a delicious pizza pie because he knew we had been there for a while and that we were probably hungry. When we were finally handed the car he took the time to carefully explain all of the major features of the car to us. He never rushed us! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service. Jeremy Almonte, my salesman, was an absolute joy! My family and I really enjoyed his charisma and attentive matter to our needs. If there was an area that he didn't have expertise on, he would have the finance manager, Mario, answer any questions/concerns that I had regarding monthly payments, etc. This wasn't a lack on Jeremy's end, but rather he was a problem solver and always found a solution with my questions. Mario was extremely knowledgeable, caring and genuine! I felt very comfortable having them both handle this process for me because I knew they both had the best interest at heart. They answered all of my questions precisely and respectfully. They will help you to find the car that is best for you or get the car that you want. When doing the contract I forgot to bring my documents and they provided a ride to my home. Now, if you are financing your car then Bishoy Fathalla is the guy. He will fight for you to get the best interest-rate for you. No hay pierde con esta gente.
