Fantastic experience and great service I was completely blown away by my visit here. I recently had an accident and totaled my car. I had a vehicle in mind when I went to the dealership that I had seen on the website. I was helped immediately when I walked in the door and within 30 min was test driving the vehicle. As it turned out that vehicle wasn’t a good fit but within a few minutes my sales person, David Earl saw a vehicle that he thought was right for me. It was the perfect car I was looking for. The right color, model, & engine. He helped me figure out the best financing option and handed me over to a finance guy, Jarad who took care of everything else and even gave me some very helpful advice to raise my credit. Overall great experience and great people to deal with. More

My experience at Russ Darrow Nissan! I came to Russ Darrow Nissan having never seen a Nissan before. I was welcomed very warmly upon arrival. My main salesperson, Jake, was very friendly, showed me what I wanted to see and was very informative and knowledgeable. about his product. Jared, in the finance department, what is a great help with explaining me additional warranties and how things were to be handled. Edward walked me through a lot of the items I was unaware of and also helped with setting up of certain things such as my cell phone, Etc. John, the manager there, was very friendly and outgoing and a very easy person to talk to. All in all my experience was great, no pressure whatsoever, and very interesting. I cannot say enough about my salesperson, Jake, as he presented me with the best experience I ever had at a dealership. Thank you all once again. More
