Despite this unforeseen hiccup, Jens and the team stuck with me, calmly helped resolve the matter, and most importantly, honored the original deal even after the long wait. I never felt pressured or dismissed—they truly went above and beyond. A few months after my purchase, life threw a curveball and I needed to sell the car.
