Two other dealers I dealt with, quoted me fake prices, then accused me of not understanding, and all the BS that go with sales. I called this place, and spoke to Jenny Criuz, who was so kind and professional on the phone, she didn't push me and she never lied, she is a sweetheart, and most importantly, she gave me an AMAZING deal, and she kept her word! There were no surprises waiting for me, I went to the dealrship and Mr. Venrick Britton was there to help me from beginning to end, with excellent service. The manager, Jose was also incredibly kind and helpful, they all worked together to find the specific car/color that I wanted, the same day when the others said they couldn't, no playing around and deceiving, like everyone else I had dealt with so far. I asked them if they had the car at the price I wanted at 2pm, by 7pm the same day I was out the door with my brand new car that they found in another state, and had it shipped over for me asap, same day. I totally recommend these guys, ask for Venrick, Jenny or Jose, don't even bother going to any other dealer, it will make your life a lot easier, they are sure to do everything they can to get you what you need, in the best price, with the best service. I have purchased more than a few vehicles in my lifetime and the customer service that I received here can not be compared. I was greeted in a professional and timely manner. My sales person was knowledgeable, competent, and interested in what I wanted in a vehicle. The Financial department was honest, and trustworthy and worked with my budget. I've been to a few places that once they get the idea that I won't be the most lucrative commission, I was quickly demoted when it came to the quality of customer care. To the contrary with Fordham Toyota. Throughout my visit, first entering the door to driving off with my New Toyota, I was treated with superb customer care. I will never go to another dealer ever again. I highly recommend! More

They were very straight forward and professional. I first spoke to Jenny Cruz to find out if they had the car i wanted in stock. She got back to me right away with the cars i had to choose from and then set up a meeting with Matt Freeman. He handled the sale very professionally, no games and no nonsense. After dealing with the finance director Chris Mair we made a deal on the car within an hour. The price on the car was more than fair and i picked the car up the next day. I plan on going back to this sales team in the future. Unlike most other car dealerships they spoke to me as a person and were up front and honest. More
