I ended up going to Napoli Kia because I purchased a Kia from a side dealership, and unfortunately they had no clue as to what was going on with my car. The service was so quick and easy. I dropped my car off and had a call within a couple hours to come get it. Did not cost a thing either which is great. Arrived on time for my appointment and waited for over an hour for an oil change. Was not kept up to date on an ETA. Only received a text message try to upsell me on products.
