Service writers have been good. Dylan Parsons was very precise in her explanations and helpful regarding any information requested without glossing over information. When at the dealership, I also asked to speak with a manager or assistant manager. I spoke with Jennifer McClung who was very knowledgeable regarding the “mystery calls” I would get almost daily from Greenway North any time between 4:00 and 8:45 pm. They would ring twice and then hang up. Since I was waiting for window trim replacements for my Telluride I would try to call back if I was able. When I phoned back no one ever knew who called or which department was making the calls. People answering the phone have been unpleasant.about these “mystery calls”. She informed me I would be removed from the call list. It is interesting how knowledgeable these two women are and know they are a true asset to the dealership. The waiting area was clean and presentable. More

Terrible since we bought the vehicle. Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins b Then since I have no choice but to go to that location for life time oil changes I went there for a 10:15am Saturday appointment and it was 20 mins before I spoke to the person then a three hour wait. Had to leave the car and get picked up. Then 3 days after they did the oil change my car check engine light came on along with the oil light and said to service vehicle immediately. Car had zero oil in it. Had to have it towed back to them so they could rectify their mistake. Cost me a half of day of work and no vehicle for a day. Huge inconvenience and then when I asked what I can do to get a refund for the life time oil changes I never received a message back. Crickets!!!!! I Will never bring my car back to this location. More
