The service department is overloaded with business and wait times to get in and then get service is significant. I appreciate having a loaner while I waited for my car as it is the only car I have. I h wait times to get in and then get service is significant. I appreciate having a loaner while I waited for my car as it is the only car I have. I had three service items: 20K service, check engine light, and driver rear tire losing air. The first two items were completed. The tire issue was not. I was told nothing was wrong with the tire and that they filled it an extra two lbs to be sure I'd have enough air to drive my car back to TX. Now why would they do that if NOTHING was wrong. Since I've had my car back, the tire continues to lose air. I've had this problem since I acquired the car. No one at the TX or the FL Porsche service locations has fixed my issue. The standard tests of spraying water on the tire and checking the valve stem isn't diagnosing the issue. Could it be a bad rim? Could it be something else? I don't know WHAT it is, but I keep losing air and your service team didn't find the issue....even after I explained to my service person that this has been happening for three years now. Since the first two tests didn't find it, then the team needed to look deeper. I think they didn't because they are overworked and needed to get my job done and move along to the next item. I will continue to fill with air so that I can get back to TX and then I'll take it back to a Porsche service center there and insist that they figure out what the heck is going on. I am just disappointed that the Champion Team could not or would not dig deeper to solve my issue. More

At first the dealer told me I needed to take the car to a collision center at my own cost. This was the second time my 2 year old leased car's rear view window came undone. I insisted that this should be the collision center at my own cost. This was the second time my 2 year old leased car's rear view window came undone. I insisted that this should be their problem not mine and finally they said they would pick the car up and fix it at no cost. The entire mounting needed to be replaced (which they should have done the first time). I was not happy that the initial phone call was not handled properly. More
