Scheduled my lease for a service appointment and everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which wa everything went smoothly. I was able to call in to book an appointment the day before. I dropped the car off and waited in the customer area which was comfortable and had beverage/snacks available. The oil change/fluid top offs/tire rotations were done within an hour. Always a pleasant experience. Service was on time and completed in timeframe estimated . I relaxed in the service wait room where they have complimentary hot beverages, water and Service was on time and completed in timeframe estimated . I relaxed in the service wait room where they have complimentary hot beverages, water and often fresh apples. Staff was professional and efficient.,And to top it off, I left with a sparkly clean car which had been covered with road salt. Very pleased. More
