Worst dealership in the area... Jeff, Max and the GM are terrible representations of Daytona Toyota. I will never buy or recommend anyone to this dealership. So disrespectful when trying to purchase one of terrible representations of Daytona Toyota. I will never buy or recommend anyone to this dealership. So disrespectful when trying to purchase one of their most expensive vehicles. Lied to me and treated me like complete trash. I drove 60 miles away to purchase from another dealership because of how I was treated. My husband was going to purchase a 4-Runner next month but we will be going elsewhere. I’ve NEVER in my life saw a business that operates like this or how disrespectful someone can be when someone is spending THOUSANDS of dollars. It’s sad that I had to go two towns over to get the quality service I deserved. More

Dropped the ball Had difficulty reaching service department,issue with phones.Called sales dept to inform them of phone issue,got a couldn't care less attitude. Never received confirmation on one of the vehicles,was having two serviced. Given inaccurate time for completion. Was written up for several immediate must do repairs,yet three months previous,not a single one of these dire repairs were noted at all.Was contemplating a purchase of new vehicle to replace 2006 scion xa.If I do ,may not consider Daytona Toyota,despite the fact that the last 4 vehicles purchased were at this dealership. Not very impressed with this dealership as of late.Hope things get better.The no for recommending dealership was based on most recent visits. More

Brought my 2013 rav4 in for 75000 mile service and complete check as we are giving this vehicle to our daughter. Got great service from Scott Crocker and quick service as usual. A good experience We were treated with respect from the minute of our arrival. When Scott went to get the car the check engine light went off on it’s own only to return as we drove it the next day. The diagnosis involved a $2000 repair on a 10 year old car so we choose to purchase a new car after discussing what the implications would be if we did not do the repair. Scott had us set up with Jeff which worked out well. More

Excellent service provided by Howard Vann - superb employee Howard Vann in the Service Department guided me through a stressful period when my car developed a problem while on a trip to Jacksonville. My car de Howard Vann in the Service Department guided me through a stressful period when my car developed a problem while on a trip to Jacksonville. My car developed a severe vibration problem with the Check Engine and Vehicle Stability Control lights coming on while I was on I-95. I drove to the nearest exit and called Howard to seek his advice. He has been my service writer for over ten years and I have always found him courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Howard did not disappoint me. He returned my call in several minutes and spent about ten minutes guiding me through a diagnosis of the possible problem. He isolated the problem and recommended going to a tire service store, since I likely had a tire with a broken radial belt. We also discussed going to the nearest Toyota Dealer, which I decided against since the car was performing so poorly that I did not want to take it back to I-95. He diagnosis was absolutely correct. I had two tires with broken radial belts. I could not be happier with the superb service department at Daytona Toyota. They continually provide service that EXCEEDS my expectations.
