They treat you like royalty until you sign on the dotted line! Once you sign then they aren’t as friendly and helpful. Want examples: 1. Clayton my salesman promised me 2 free tanks of gas due to their p line! Once you sign then they aren’t as friendly and helpful. Want examples: 1. Clayton my salesman promised me 2 free tanks of gas due to their pump being broke down - he forgot that promise due to the lapse in time between the sale and my needing gas, but was nice and filled my tank up once. (Bad record keeping) 2. I have an issue with a front end collision sensor going on/off- a Nissan Dealership in Shreveport looked at it free & fixed it by pushing buttons on the steering wheel while I was traveling to Dallas TX. When it went off again, I took it to Pearson who wanted $100+ (forgot the exact amount) to run an evaluation before they would even look at it! 3. My check engine came on during that trip to Dallas, the dealership in Shreveport ran a free diagnostic and found it was either the gas cap or evap leak. Pearson wanted $100 (forgot the exact amount) to run an evaluation before they would look at it, even though I told them what was wrong with the car. 4. The service people are quick to run to finance and get proof you don’t have an extended warranty even though I overheard them say the car was STILL IN THEIR NAME!! I asked for Clayton, my salesman, who was “busy” with another customer yet came out almost instantly to see if he would help. By the time he came out it was off. He pushed the buttons on my steering wheel and said it was all good to go as we discussed how upset I was then had the audacity to ask if I was ready to trade the car in. I was really pleased with their royal treatment when I bought the car, but that’s only because they know how to pour on the royal xx treatment. BUYER BEWARE - once you sign, they are like any other dealership and no longer give a hoot about you! Amazing how your warranty runs out only a month or two ago. More

Jeff was very professional. He had the answers to our questions, was patient, respectful, took his time and did not make me feel pressured. I never thought I would be saying this about a dealer ship, They were really pretty good . I thought they were fast and non pushy. Everyone had a good attitude. Jeff was the best salesman we have had in the last 10 or more times we have been to any dealerships whether we bought or not. He went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle we wanted with all of our w more times we have been to any dealerships whether we bought or not. He went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle we wanted with all of our wants and needs we were looking for. We likely looked at over 15 vehicles, test drive like 3-4 before finally finding the perfect one. When we needed time to talk things over he gave us the space we needed. It was the ideal way we like dealing with salespeople. He was completely awesome!! More
