Service was great. Communication could have been a bit better. I took car in for a 10 a.m. appointment on Monday. Got first call re:repairs & prices at 9:30 Tues. morni Communication could have been a bit better. I took car in for a 10 a.m. appointment on Monday. Got first call re:repairs & prices at 9:30 Tues. morning. Was told I would get another call Tues. afternoon. Did not get that call and the car stayed overnight for a second night. Was waiting for a call on Wed. a.m. with update. I called in around 11:30 a.m. myself, to check on my car. They were working on it at that time...2 days after my appointment time. I opted to keep the car there for another night. Not really what I thought would happen. But...everything was repaired properly. Jeff was easy to work with and I appreciate that you were extremely busy over that time period. More
