When I spoke to Bill Hall, the finance individual, I explained some of the issues my car was having and he told me to reset the transmission notification light....which obviously doesn’t fix the whole fact that my car isn’t running properly and revving up on its own, etc. The used car warranty is actual garbage and doesn’t cover major repairs. I will now spend thousands of dollars more to fix a used car that I even bought for more than it was worth. I understand there are positive reviews for this dealership and that is likely for new cars. What really can go wrong with a brand new car? But, the used car and service sales should be a testament to their character and hopefully will warn people to stay away. More

Our questions on any vehicle were answered, if not immediately, in a very timely manner. Everyone was very fair in the pricing process and willing to work with our limited budget. The reasons for 4 stars is I am not a fan of having to ask for a price on every vehicle I am interested in. I feel they should be competitive enough to be openly displayed on the vehicle. More
