Really enjoyed and appreciated the professionalism of my salesman. I felt the process of buying my new Mazda CX 5 was the best car buying experience I have had. Used their on line trade in value and received a $43k amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answe amount. I wanted to purchase a $46K Audi. They quoted me a $5K difference. I countered with a $3k offer. 8 hrs later after many texts to get an answere they came back at $9k difference. Why have all the on line tools if not valid. Very terrible customer service. Just proving that the dealer experience is a one way street. Be careful with theses guys. More
