We passed by the dealership on our way to our daughter's school event. We had been to a dealership up in Monmouth county where we live but weren't happy with the service or selection. We called Elkins to to see if they had any remaining 2013 Suburbans.We were connected quickly to sales, and although the salesman answering the phone couldn't help us, we received a call back from Jeff within just a few minutes. He told us what he had in stock, and right off told us the best price he could sell the vehicle for. We visited the dealership a few hours later, and Jeff showed us the vehicle. It was just what we wanted, and it was great to know that he had given us his best price from the start. There was no playing games, no back and forth with the manager, nothing like we had experienced at other dealerships. Jeff went out of his way to find us every rebate he could, even using our Costco card to help us save money. The dealership was clean, family friendly, and even let us bring our dog in for a treat. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciate Jeff's hard work. More
