AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came to Elkins from another local Chevrolet dealer (that will remain nameless) that told me they gave me the best price possible. I sat down with J I came to Elkins from another local Chevrolet dealer (that will remain nameless) that told me they gave me the best price possible. I sat down with Jeff and within minutes he had already quoted me a cheaper price on the same vehicle just with more options. Jeff was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted from Maryland within a matter of a day or two. When I went back to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle most of the paperwork was done and waiting all we had to do was sign. When we were transferred into the finance department Lisa thoroughly explained all our options and was extremely polite and helpful. Before we left Jeff made sure to walk us out the the new vehicle and explain a few of the tech features. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and would recommend Jeff to anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck. I will definitely buy again from Jeff Schor at Elkins Chevrolet and I will be sending all of my family and friends his way. More

Elkins was not the first Chevy dealership that we contacted, but they were the first dealership that assured us that they would do their best to find it. Sure enough a day or two later they located the vehicle and gave us an ETA. The excellent service did not stop there. They were trustworthy and honest and everyone was so professional and nice. It was unlike any car buying experience we've ever had. By far it was the best! A week or so later we had to deal with the service department regarding a minor issue and that experience was just as pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
