Above and beyond our expectations! This is our 2nd time leasing from Elkins. I got an amazing deal on my first lease and loved my Traverse so much that I wanted another. I have to say as most people are we were tired of car shopping, had a 9 month old with us, and just frustrated. Jeff was refreshing and the opposite of most sales people we have dealt with. He and the manager Bob got us into the car we came in for, didn’t try to up sell us, and most important made the payment fit our family’s budget. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and really pleased overall with the experience. Also we absolutely love the Acadia. They detailed it and it truly looks brand new. Thanks again guys. More
