Had a front wheel that was getting hot and smoking. Called dealership late in day and was able to get it in next day for diagnosis. Even though there was a substantial amount of repairs needed, the work was completed early following day. More

Uftring Nissan knows their vehicles very well - I go there for service because they want to take care of my vehicle as I do - they always keep maintenance records of what's been done and what needs to b there for service because they want to take care of my vehicle as I do - they always keep maintenance records of what's been done and what needs to be done without being forceful - the waiting room is very nice and they will shuttle you to n fro where ever you desire - the work always gets done in short order - the place is always spotless too. More

They had called me that my part was in, in May. I scheduled my appointment July, we live 2 hours away and was in Peoria visiting our son for the 4th. We got to dealer, waited 45 minutes and they I scheduled my appointment July, we live 2 hours away and was in Peoria visiting our son for the 4th. We got to dealer, waited 45 minutes and they came and said sorry, we don’t have your part, but giving you a car wash. They were very nice, but obviously they gave our part to someone else. Now they are reordering it. More
