We have purchased 3 Lincoln Aviators since 2021 from Westown Ford-Lincoln. Vicki was the first person we encountered while driving through the dealership looking specifically for an Aviator. To say she Westown Ford-Lincoln. Vicki was the first person we encountered while driving through the dealership looking specifically for an Aviator. To say she was WONDERFUL, is an understatement!!! We purchased the Red Carpet Metallic 2020 Aviator from Vicki. To say Vicki is an outstanding person in every aspect is really not touching the adjectives I should be using. Honestly, from Michael in the Service Department to Jim Birdsell & pretty much everyone we have encountered is “ EXCELLENT “ & extremely helpful!! Ciera is also a great asset to the dealership from assisting a client, selling vehicles, & now working in Finance. An AWESOME DEALERSHIP, wouldn’t even think of purchasing a Lincoln anywhere else. We love Vicki & Ciera so much we suggested our son purchase a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum from Vicki. Ciera assisted with financing & also took some photos for me to send my son who lives in Springfield, IL. & works in Lincoln, IL… More
