I know about cars and car dealerships. My late husband (before we met) was a pit crew mechanic for race car drivers. Need I say more. Only one of your employees made me feel sad. Jeff was amazing and I can’t find words enough good adjectives to describe his patience and kindness. My brother (Viet-nam) vet and his wife are still driving their Toyota truck! Naperville Toyota is excellent. I dealth with Nathan and can not imagine a better experience. I purchased a used car and there was a minor problem with it. I pointed it out and immediately was told We will take care of it. And they did, completely without any hassle. I have purchased around 30 cars so far and my experience is the best ever. That says something for sure. The document signing went quickly. I will say I have never gone from contract to out the door so quickly. The staff respects the buyer's time.
