I worked harder with time and effort to purchase a vehicle from Dana Ford Lincoln than the entire staff that was involved. This is not a Lincoln experience and this is not how a Lincoln customer shoul vehicle from Dana Ford Lincoln than the entire staff that was involved. This is not a Lincoln experience and this is not how a Lincoln customer should be treated. The sales person Hamze, to the John L Manager to Finance manager to Finance & Insurance. Very sad. I got my MKX and I was sent away. I was escorted back of the lot in the dark to pick my vehicle. As a previous Lincoln buyer there is a an expectation such as a well lit staging area and a concierge like atmosphere. I purchased this MKX because this was the closest to my home (68 miles away) and I needed to gift my wife a new SUV. Ironically, I asked to purchase extended service contract. Laughable. Best. More

Felt that the customer service could have been a better and more personable experience. Location was “busy”. Salesperson rushed - minimal interaction. Finally found it at your dealership. Vehicle only came with one key which was odd and no one could tell me what I would have to do to get a spare set. More
