OK so I originally put in a report 4/15/22. So, I finally spoke to Steve one of the mangers who did his best to explain the reason why a credit report is not done until you come in for the fina So, I finally spoke to Steve one of the mangers who did his best to explain the reason why a credit report is not done until you come in for the final deal, OK I get that but please make sure you tell people this up front, don't let people think it's a done deal when they put down a deposit, Also make sure that your salesmen tell the customer that the deposit is not refundable. Steve was very professional and did his best to explain things a lot better. I am now waiting for the full written description of my service contract and maintenance plan, because it was not explained to me at the time of signing, I do hope that Steve will work to train his staff better. More

Stop reparing 'clunkers' due to baseless claims that new cars are so expensive or dealers are "way over sticker". I found both untrue and most importantly, my family is in a brand new car. From a financial point of view, it made so much sense, I bought two. The best time to buy a new car is when you are throwing good money after bad, drown all other noise out. If your situation matches this criteria, you are NOT going to find a better place on SI then Dana. *No info off island, so I won't speak to what I don't know. You don't have to believe me. Go jockey down to Hylan Blvd and pl in and out of 4 driveways because you can figure who is who in that whole 2lbs of ham in a 1lb bag....it's medically unhealthy! Pull into Dana, no confusion, plenty of parking and unparalleled inventory. Someone is assigned to you and will work through whether fast or taking time. Finance is right there as well as insurance, it's like buying a pizza. The deals are fair for both sides, service is great and you will find a car you love without settling. Stop listening to your mechanic or your neighbor [who wouldn't spend 50 cents to watch the Statue of Liberty run across NY harbor, with all their tales of woe. All nonsense!
