We very nice, not pushy, would allow us to drive whatever vehicle we wanted, as many times as needed. Answered all questions, made sure car was detailed before leaving, made sure gas tank was full. Jake Ventimiglia in sales was AMAZING and so very helpful with the initial test driving, sale and purchasing of my vehicle. Financing however was another story. After initially agreeing to an extended warran with the initial test driving, sale and purchasing of my vehicle. Financing however was another story. After initially agreeing to an extended warranty that I was told could be cancelled anytime, I came to the decision that I did not want the warranty. I called the day after the purchase and stated I wanted to cancel and was told someone from financing would get back to me. I waited just a few days with no contact before reaching out again multiple times and even leaving a voicemail with the financing director stating my desire to cancel and requesting a call back ASAP. After almost a week of no response on multiple attempts I physically went into the dealership to speak to someone and cancel. I was told I can cancel the warranty but that the cutoff for having my payment adjusted was the end of the month which had passed just a few days prior and that I was stuck with my payment. It seems as though the financing department was aware this would happen and waited for the cutoff time as I had called well before the month ended trying to request cancellation. Not only that, I was told they (Donnovan in Financing) were waiting for my partner (male) to confirm the cancellation even though he is not and was not part of the sale, transaction or financing. The entire transaction was done in my (female) name and with my information. Why would they want him to make decisions for me?! Unacceptable. More
