Albert H and Seth B worked with us to help get the ballpark price we wanted to pay, and kept us completely informed of each step. Jeff A. was very thorough and friendly too... and explained thoroughly each piece of paper before we signed it.... Ripped Off I would give this dealership a 0 if possible. This was the single most awful experience I have ever had with a company. They use deception to make a s I would give this dealership a 0 if possible. This was the single most awful experience I have ever had with a company. They use deception to make a sale. Kept me there almost 4 hours and never let me see anything in writing until the last 5 minutes when I was exhausted and just wanted to get home. They jacked up the monthly payment from $276, which I showed up for, to $370 a month which eventually ended up as $310. They added on all these extras not in the sales ad and said I couldn't remove them, yet later found out they charged me for almost $1000 for something that was never done to the vehicle and almost 2 months later still has not been done. I repeatedly told them I did not want all these extras like paint less dent repair, and car key replacement yet they tacked it onto the loan anyway. At one point they said these things would be free if I purchased GAP insurance, but found out later they charged me almost $2000 for these add ons. They switched me from Hyundai Motor Finance at the last minute to a credit union causing me to lose out on the loyalty program which caused me to get a bill for $1200 from HFM I should never have had. They did a walk around with me on my lease that I left there. They did not say this was not the actual inspection and they didn't say anything about front end damage at the time. HMF did an inspection 4 days later while I was not there and said there is $250 of front end damage I have to pay for. Any attempt I have made to get this resolved with the dealer has been a failure. They said 2 weeks ago they would pay $400 of the disposition fee to HMF but have not done so. They said they would see about removing some of the add ins I did not want or clear mask that was never applied to the car, but nothing so far. I have been treated like I am a criminal when all I did was make a sales appointment to turn in my lease and get into an Elantra for a $276 monthly payment as they advertised. I have not been ripped off to such an extent before in my life. These people are so corrupt. Do not go to this dealer. They are crooks and will hide and not return calls or emails if you try to resolve issues with them. Cowards as well as crooks. More
