Luis was great, Jeff was a magician and the although it was five hours it never get that long. They had patience and drive and listened to all of our wants for a new car. We needed something both nice and reliable, but also within our budget of 16-18K, which can be difficult with such a modest amount. Hunter greeted us and was the perfect combination of both professional and personable. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few (like-new) preowned Hyundai’s that marked all the must haves we gave him. He was very knowledgeable about each car and we appreciated that he didn’t try to up-sell us beyond what our budget was. He answered every question throughly and demonstrated all the vehicle features as we were test driving. We eventually decided on the Hyundai Elantra. The price was extremely reasonable and I was shocked at the warranty! I couldn’t believe we were able to get both a beautiful and quality car while staying in our budget! They also, by far have the best warranty of any car dealership I have ever been to!! It’s obvious that they really stand behind their vehicles and strive to give their customers quality service (even 10 yrs down the road!). The purchase process went smoother than any past experience of purchasing a vehicle. We assumed we would be there all afternoon, but the whole process sped right along and we were out of there in our new car within no time at all! The whole staff from finance to management were fantastic! Offering drinks and snacks as we were doing paperwork. My husband told me on our way home how impressed he was with how each dept worked really well with one another and said specifically, “That dealership runs like a well oiled machine.” Which says a lot since my husband also runs a business as a GM, so he’s always paying attention to every detail and the all around customer experience. I highly recommend Larry Miller Hyundai of Peoria!! In fact, my sister told me she will be going to see Hunter about purchasing a new vehicle after she heard about what a awesome experience we had! Great People I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, and not many options. Rich found one for me, and we worked on the price. I had already done some comparison shopping, so he quoted me a price with a terrific discount and rebate. I was ready to buy. I was handed off to Jeff Alves, one of the Finance people, he was also polite and very informative. I was making a large down payment, but still needed to do a loan for the balance. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to Un-freeze my credit, so that caused a delay in knowing what me Interest Rate would be. So, the purchase was on hold until I got things cleared for Jeff to pull my credit. Eventually, Jeff found me a very good rate, and the deal was done. Rich showed me around the dealership - I was very impressed. The entire place was very clean, including the Service Area, and the coffee and snacks made available for customers waiting on their cars was impressive. And, as an OMG moment, Rich drove all of the way out to Wickenburg to pick me up so I could get my brand new Sante Fe. We had a real nice chat both at the dealership and on the road. Rich and Jeff provided outstanding service and customer care. I look forward to a long relationship with them and Larry Miller Hyundai. In my 40 + years of dealing with car sales people, Rich is the BEST. More

No Hassle - No Pressure Came in to buy out lease. Greeted by Mrika Dobreci. Had planned to meet with another sales person, but Mrika checked and found out he was off that d Came in to buy out lease. That concerned me because I had already talked to that sales person about our plans and now meeting a different sales person I expected being pressured to consider another lease or purchase if new car. Turned out to be just the opposite experience that I expected. Mrika listened to us and in the end let us make our decision with no pressure. She took care of us just as if we were purchasing a brand new car. Same with Jeff Alves (financing)... great experience and he gave us some options to consider buy without any pressure. Handled the paperwork and was very knowledgeable about our credit unions plans and options. Took very little time to sign off on everything. Mrika then took us to the car and had placed a bow on it. Again just as if we were purchasing it for the first time. Mrika followed up a few days after even asking about a few family matters we had discussed with her during the time we were there. Wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend Larry Miller Hyundai to our friends. More

You wont get a pushy sale process. they were sincerely about getting us the car we wanted and followed up post sale. i have had service and they was an excellent experience as well. IMPORTANT - This is our 3rd Sonata. Our 2nd one was totaled in a high speed rear end collision and my wife walked away with bruises. All the air bags deployed saving her life. these cars are a top value. we looked at a Cadillac and were more impressed with the Sonata. More
