My last 2 years with Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria I came in with a 2001 Nissan Altima in August 2017 that was literally on its last legs. Ken's Tires & Auto advised that I go to you after they told me I had metal flakes in my oil and that my engine was dying. . I did and when I walked in the atmosphere was so warm and genuinely friendly. I told you that I had a bankruptcy about 4 years ago and this dying Altima and I understood if you couldn't do anything for me. I also knew interest would be high because of it. I had just started a job 4 months ago. The cards were stacked against me, You were able to put me in a 2017 Red Accent with with just $500 down at 19-20% interest. That was so awesome considering I didn't expect anything to come from this meeting. In Sept 2018 I came in for an oil change and wanted to see If I could refinance my Accent. OMG you put me in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra for $30 more a month at 10% interest due to my making ahead and on time payments. That surprised the heck out of me I got a call from Filipe Hernandez with some good news. I called up and made an appointment on 11/2/19 to come in and see about a new payment plan. They did it again but even better. they put me in a 2019 Scarlet Rd Hyundai Sonata at 6.8% interest and just $30 more per month. This dealership helped me get out of my poor credit, status and also put me in a better car each time!!! ( I will take the credit for making payments on time or ahead of time) I will give it a rest now and keep this Sonata for a few years. They helped me in so many ways as you can see. There is a mutual trust here. It is more like a family than a dealership. They really care about their customers and want to help them the best they can, and to me they do... they really do!! Grateful I had been told no so many times before that I was done looking. Jenna was so calming but when the time came or schedules didnt match and she was not available. This made me nervous but I stayed. I worked with Jorden who was just as kind and understanding as she was on the phone. He helped me find an approval on the right car at the right payment. Low miles reliable brand and a warranty to cover me in case something does happen I dont have a huge expense! Everyone here is really great and I'm grateful for going with my gut! More
