Sales team was great to work with all questions answered and value of the vehicle was great. We paid cash for the new Telluride and the only negative was the inability to get license plates ordered. We are part time in Missouri and part time in Florida. We are Florida residence so we want to get Florida plated. It was my understanding if we financed the Telluride Jim Butler would get the plates for us. Really don't understand this policy. More

Great selection of vehicles throughout the Jim Butler fleet. James was great! Not a high pressure salesman. The day I went to look at a car I knew I was going to purchase, but I appreciated not being bombarded with salesman on the lot. The dealership is very clean and modern. We noticed some small dents on the roof possibly from transport and my salesman Jean made sure these were fixed free of charge. When I came in for my first oil change I was in and out in about half an hour. Keith was very attentive and there was a large waiting area. I love my new car and have had nothing but positive experiences at Jim Butler KIA. More
