I've been having my car serviced at Acura of PP for a few years now and generally have been satisfied with their service, until my last visit. Stopped by for an oil change and multi-point inspection. Acura advisor Jean Louis suggested that he emails the paperwork after, since it was getting late. I agreed since I'd done this before with him. A few days later, I emailed to remind him about the paperwork. I got no response, so I followed up about a week later. Haven't heard back, so I left a voicemail a couple of days ago. Still waiting to hear back. This is just unacceptable, definitely avoiding this advisor and will think twice before brining my car in for service. More
