I felt the explanation of what needed to be done to my car could have been explained more. I was told I needed a cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced, only to get my summary and find that my tr car could have been explained more. I always have a hard time with the payment clerk. They are not very personable and always seem to be preoccupied with other things. Not very friendly. More
