I'm always promptly greeted at the drive thru area and then my customer service rep Jean is usually there to greet me and take care of any questions or concerns I have about my vehicle. The service wait then my customer service rep Jean is usually there to greet me and take care of any questions or concerns I have about my vehicle. The service wait time is normally 30 minutes and Jean comes and updates me if there is any delay. I'm very happy with the service here, excellent! More

I had to wait even though I had an appt. Also I complained to service manager that it took me several tries to call the service sept. They kept me on hold for an extensive amount of time. He didn’t complained to service manager that it took me several tries to call the service sept. They kept me on hold for an extensive amount of time. He didn’t even apologize. He showed no compassion or empathy. Would not recommend him to anyone. More
