I’ve consistently had issues with service at Acura Pines ever since purchasing my lease. During the lease period, I felt the customer service was much better more responsive and reliable. Unfortunately, that changed once I officially bought the vehicle. One of the ongoing frustrations has been with my email on file. At one point, it was removed, and I specifically asked to have it updated so I could receive service coupons. Yet when I went to pay for an oil change, the cashier told me there was still no email attached to my account. I brought this up with my service advisor again but this wasn’t the first time I had to ask. It’s disappointing when something that simple keeps being overlooked. I also requested quotes for a dashboard and AC piece and was told the information would be included in my paperwork. It wasn’t. No quotes were provided, and no one ever followed up. That alone made it feel like it wasn’t worth continuing to press for answers. Overall, I’ve been disappointed with the service here. I’ve given multiple chances even for small, basic things but I no longer feel like a valued customer. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be returning. I have been going to Acura Pembroke Pines for just about 10 years. Jean Louis from the Service Dept has always been exceptional. I am far from this dealership, but it is worth my while to get my service the 10 years. Jean Louis from the Service Dept has always been exceptional. I am far from this dealership, but it is worth my while to get my service there just because of the great customer service I get from Jean. For everything else, I have a good warranty from Acura. More
