Great experience overall. Jayna made making the decision to purchase a brand new vechile an easy one. This was my first experience buying a truck, and I have always heard that Jayna made making the decision to purchase a brand new vechile an easy one. This was my first experience buying a truck, and I have always heard that it is a high pressure situation. That was not the case with Jayna and Lithia Toyota. The fact that she took time out of her day a couple days after purchase to give me a call and check up was a very kind gesture. Thank you very much for the a great first time experience. More

Picky Customer over Techie Features I have purchased several vehicles from Lithia Toyota of Medford and I'm very picky over the tech features, in most cases my knowledge of the features I have purchased several vehicles from Lithia Toyota of Medford and I'm very picky over the tech features, in most cases my knowledge of the features usually exceeds what the sales people know, this I understand and I'm not discouraged because of that. Nine times out of 10 they end up learning from me. Everyone has always been willing to help and if we didn't know they made the time to figure it out. Plus the dealer has always worked with me in an unusual circumstance where I have an alarm system installed by Best Buy and they allowed the time to take the old vehicle back to Best Buy so they could remove the alarm and in my opinion this is something they went above and beyond with and is very much appreciated. So I gave a five star rating with all the people that played a part along the way and it should be noted this sale wasn't part of a single visit and there may be other that I didn't get to list that helped along the way. More
