The deal went very well the customer was offered all optional products available for his Tacoma. The business manager doesn't remember if he did shake hands with the customer only because with the pandemic the entire staff has not been shaking hands a lot but they are also not refusing to shake hands if the customer extends out their hand. Sloane Toyota Malvern apologizes to this customer on they way he felt and it's not a practice of ours nor do we do business like that we work hard on making sure every customer has a pleasant experience with us no matter how much money is spent.
