The salesman was respectful. Even though True car gave me a sheet for a car including a vin#, the car was a month before arriving and already promised to another customer. At the time the salesman said all dealers do that and he was correct as I looked at several Toyota dealership. It is still illegal now. Jonathan, to his credit kept contacting me and offering me a good OTD price for the car I wanted. He gave me signed OTD sheet and ordered my car. I had to wait a month but Jonathan gave me updates the whole period. My financial guy was straight forward since I paid cash. He didn’t try anything fishy which I had researched closely. More

The hood support was broken and during the last service the oil pan protection was screwed on poorly and repairs were needed.
