Went to the dealership to buy a Kona electric for $32,000 with a trade in of my Nissan Leaf. They under valued my trade in by $6000 without even looking over my vehicle to evaluate it. They asked why I wanted the car and I told them I wanted a longer range EV, so naturally they tried to upsell me a far more expensive Tesla. They then wanted me to put a down payment of at least $5000 directly on my credit card. They claimed I would "pay it off quick"... They are a bunch of crooks looking for a quick sale to lead you to financial ruin. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More

Follow up note: A day after I bought my car the TMPS sensor light came on. After I checked that all my tires were inflated properly, I texted Jay to let him know about the situation. Jay was on it immediately and before I knew it the service department ordered me 4 new sensors and called to schedule the installation. (huge shout-out Ralph).
