Jay did a great job communicating and following through on promises, The dealership is frankly too tight, borderline dishonest, about value of trade-ins. I was pleased they were willing to come up $1000, b on promises, The dealership is frankly too tight, borderline dishonest, about value of trade-ins. Jay did a great job getting the car clean, filled with gas, and then to time with me to explain all the features. The financial man would get five stars but I do not remember his name. More
