I was expecting the typical poor dealer experience. I went in thinking I would be served a plate of xx and have to sift through it to arrive at a sale. I was wrong. Javier and Christian were exceptiona I went in thinking I would be served a plate of xx and have to sift through it to arrive at a sale. I was wrong. Javier and Christian were exceptional. They were respectful of our time, and after reflecting on my experience, I realized they did their job well. They offered the typical products that come with every car sale, made sure we understood what each product was, and respected our decisions. This was the first time I felt bad for having preconceived notions about a sales team. I was epically wrong. I rated the dealership 4 stars because there was severe price inflation on the car I was interested in within a few days. Since we didn’t agree on a price when I first contacted the dealer, they were free to increase it. However, it felt like a dirty trick. It’s likely a misinterpretation on my part. In the end, everything worked out, and we took the car home. I look forward to working with Javier and Christian in the future. More
