I didn't not get notified when my car was in service or a video like normal. I had to reach out for a timelime. Im highly disappointed that this time I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a standard video like normal. I had to reach out for a timelime. Im highly disappointed that this time I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a standard customer. And then when I picked up my car, I was told here's your report and your car is parked somewhere. Lucky it was in the front, but still felt like I was a total bother. I even asked when I dropped off my car if I could make a note and I was told no, any concerns need to be placed as another service. I said thats a little silly as this concern could probably be found during my 10k inspection. Just an overall bad experience and I get reminded everyday since my maintenance notification wasn't turn off either. More
