"Incredible service when I was in a pinch"
While traveling through Northern Ontario I had an overheating engine issue which could not be solved on the side of the highway (2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk). Jason and his team drove to meet me 30 km away, escorted me to the dealership, helped solve the problem, and had me on my way to Thunder Bay in record time. They were honest with parts/repairs, explaining everything to me under the hood together and made sure I had no standing questions or concerns. I highly recommend this team for service and repairs.

His team is excellent going the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. The mechanics working on my vehicle were very thorough ensuring a complete job, done right the first time! "Unpleasant and unprofessional "
The mechanics are extremely unprofessional and seem to have a different attitude when dealing with a man or a woman when it comes to pricing and explaining the work done. This dealership is stuck in the dark ages of sexism and toxic masculinity. I would rather pay a higher price elsewhere then give this establiment one more cent of my money. The customer service is nonexistent, the attitudes antiquated, and the work shoddy at best. I will do my best to make sure that everyone I know is aware of these failings and will encourage them to spend their money at a reputable dealership/mechanic.

The sales man was great to work with ( Anthony Miller ) He was very helpful in his knowledge about the vehicle I chose. Kind and curtious and always called me back when I left a message. The finance person Orlando Blonda was also qas great to deal with. He found the financing that suited my budget worked hard to do so. Called me and assured me and updated me on any progress of what was going on. I went to this dealer also because in 2015 bought a grand Cherokee from them and have had a great experiance with service as well. Always prompt to fix and help in every way.

"Great Dealership "
We were welcomed at Superior Dodge as if we were part of their family. Our Sales person, JP Boudreau was very friendly and explained all of our options very clearly. He walked us through 4 or 5 different trucks until we found the one we were satisfied with. Brad and Greg Lefave do such an amazing job running the dealership and the amazing staff that make the place a family. Thanks guys, we will always come back after service like that.
"Worst dealership ever"
I am not even sure where to begin with this place. Staff is extremely unknowledgeable and arrogant and the mechanics are at best lazy and grossly incompetent. When I went to purchase my vehicle the salesmen did not seem interested in putting any effort into selling me anything of finding a vehicle that matched my needs. I only pushed forward as I wanted to have a dodge due to how well my 2004 Dakota had performed. The truck had issues from day one with the touch screen which the dealership was never able to sort out although they constantly assured me that they "did a big update" everytime I brought it to them. When my Air Conditioner stopped working in warranty they tried to tell me that it was because I had used all the refrigerant up by running the A/C. Even after I explained to them that I was an Air Conditioning mechanic and that it is not how an A/C system works they were still insistent upon it. I have no words to describe how disappointed I am with my entire experience. I will never purchase a dodge product again whether it be for personal use or for my business. I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying a vehicle from this establishment to look elsewhere. I would like to say that I am happy with dodge products overall, I just cannot tolerate the poor customer service and incompetence of Superior Dodge.
The service was perfect from start to finish. The did all the paper work and even got me new stickers for my plate because mine expired in three months. No charge

We found the sales person Ian Beatty very friendly and easy to talk to . The finance manager Orlando Blonda was well informed and explained terms well . The service staff were excellent and easy to talk to about the truck . GregLefave helped us over a bump in the deal and was very good to deal with .
