Top notch customer service is offered here. The customer is #1 at Oak Lawn Toyota and it shows with the way the staff treats the customer. My experience here was very positive with every step of the process of buying a car. The environment and attitude of the staff is low pressure and friendly. They aim to build relationships not just a one-time sale. Steve Hill and John Carnivele worked hard at making my purchase worry free. They were readily available to offer information and answer my questions. The transition from sales to financing with Jason Stoit was seamless. It was obvious to me the staff communicates well with each other. They really do work as a team which is really refreshing when buying a car. I have been purchasing vehicles from Oak Lawn Toyota for over 25 years, and in all of that time they have remained an honest, friendly dealership that has an integrity that is hard to find these days. I always receive the lowest price and highest service from Oak Lawn Toyota and it feels like family whenever I go back. I purchased a 2014 Corolla yesterday and the new body style, engine and interior are incredible, I cannot express how impressed I am with the improvements but I can say that I love driving it. Every step of the Oak Lawn Toyota experience is smooth, quick and without pressure. I was trading in my 2008 Corolla and was given a great price on the spot, very straight forward and easy. Jason Stoit worked with me explaining each trim line of the new Corolla and walked me around to show me the differences. My new Corolla has keyless push button start, navigation, blue tooth, leather heated seats, touch screen with radio, apps & more, and Jason spent so much time explaining each feature, showing me how to connect my iphone for hands free calling and how to play all of my itunes music in the car, and so much more, and this was after the sale was final, yet I never felt rushed or hurried, Jason seemed truly concerned that I know all of the great new functions in my new Corolla. Getting financing at Oak Lawn was a breeze and their rates are always competitive. I should mention that during this transaction at least 3 different employees came out to say hello and ask how I was when they heard I was back purchasing another car, and this included the owner Ronnie Colosimo who is such a class act, not only as the owner but through all of his charity work over the years. Every person that works at Oak Lawn Toyota knows that Ronnie has spent decades working with the underprivileged and has been extremely generous with his time and money. There are a lot of car dealers out there, and most people stress out over the thought of having to buy a car and deal with the salespeople, no one wants to feel like they were ripped off or taken advantage of, so do yourself a favor, skip the stress and visit Oak Lawn Toyota. I started my process over the internet with Jacob, who was incredibly helpful but also very patient. I really hate talking on the phone and didn't want to go back and forth with anyone on the phone; Jaco was incredibly helpful but also very patient. I really hate talking on the phone and didn't want to go back and forth with anyone on the phone; Jacob understood this and was very willing to communicate with me strictly over email. We set up a time that I could come in and have my trade in looked at. Jacob was great to work with and not at all pushy which is kind of what I expected since it is a car dealership. When I went into Toyota, the first person I met was Steve. He was so easy to work with! He took me out for a test drive right away and explained all the different features on the car while we were going. Once we returned to the dealership, the process was smooth and relatively quick for buying a car. Steve is incredibly amiable and so easy to work with. For the financing part of the process, I worked with Jason (who also helped me set up the Bluetooth in the car). He's relatively new to the finance department but was still a pleasure to work with. This was the time that I expected to be bombarded with add ons and different offers but I wasn't. Jason explained each of the options to me and then just took my answer; he never once tried to push me into doing something I didn't want to do. Overall, my experience was a great one and I'll definitely recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to everyone I know looking to buy a car. I've always used them for maintenance on my car but now I'll use them whenever I'm looking to purchase too! More

My wife and I live in Colorado and even though there is a Toyota Dealership in our home town we bought a Toyota Avalon from Oak Lawn Toyota. They were able to find the car that best suited our needs and sold it to us at a very reasonable price. So reasonable that it made economic sense for us to buy one way tickets to Oak Lawn to pick up the car and drive it back to Colorado. Our sales person, Jason Stoit, answered all our questions when conducting business over the phone, he emailed pictures of the car to us and he picked us at the airport. The dealings with the Finance Manager, Dave, went very smooth. We felt he was on our side when making decisions about the purchasing options. Also got the pleasure to visit with the owner of Oak Lawn Toyota. Very personable, made you feel like you were part of the family. More

Oak Lawn Toyota is fabulous! As I shopped for a new car, I visited a lot of dealerships for over two months. Oak Lawn Toyota had the best employees - and the best product! - of any place I visited. Jason Stoit was my salesman, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The first time I went to the dealership, he spent about three hours with me as I test drove cars. He patiently explained the features of the cars, and he gave me printouts of the specifications and prices for all the cars I was interested in (something no other dealer I visited did!). After two more visits back to Oak Lawn Toyota, I bought a 2013 Camry. Before I left with my new car, Jason spent so much time showing me how everything works. I highly recommend Jason. He's a great guy, and he made buying a car a fun experience! I was also impressed by the kindness and honesty of everyone else I met at Oak Lawn Toyota, including Bob Spee (salesman), new car manager Mark Girlich, and finance manager Dave Capelle. Dave made the whole finance process so easy and efficient. This is a small, family-owned business, and you can tell. Everyone there seems to love what they do, and they care about making the customers happy. More
