I paid and I picked up my car. Drove off the lot when I realized my windshield was cracked. Pulled over and it was covered in hail damage. Went back to the service department and they sarcastically told me that there was a huge hail storm last night and “oh yeah that looks like it’s your problem to take up with your insurance.” I was crying and so frustrated but not a single person tried to help me. I was dismissed my every man in there. If they knew my car got damaged why did no one call to tell me? Why was I being treated like I was a nuisance when I trusted them with my car. More
