New Jeep is still defective after 5 dealership visits I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep less than a year ago and I have found the car to be completely defective. It has automatically shut off while I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Jeep less than a year ago and I have found the car to be completely defective. It has automatically shut off while driving multiple times, putting me in danger and having to veer off the road. I have visited Ferman NPR 5x now and no one has given me any answers or guidance on how my issues can be corrected. They say they have run tests and nothing is wrong. But I am now left with a car that doesn't drive, it won't even turn on, and can't get a call back from the dealership! This experience has been a nightmare and I don't see it ending anytime soon. More
