Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Surprise it's a recall It's never fun to open your mail and find a recall on your car. Now it's time to make an appointment at the dealership and wait and wait. This is not It's never fun to open your mail and find a recall on your car. Now it's time to make an appointment at the dealership and wait and wait. This is not my first recall, nor is it the first time I brought my car to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of NPR. It's also not the first time Jason has helped me out. Once again I was pleased with the each of those aspects of the experience. Only draw backs; I was stuck at the dealership for a looong time (due to the specific recall, and the courtesy van being out on a run for hours...), no snacks in the lounge. However, there were drinks and A/C, tv and magazines so it balanced out. The staff there really did seem to be doing their best to extradite the process. Somethings just take time. More

Update to programming I had a few sensors go off in my car and they were able to immediately accommodate me.
