I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

Service was too slow The repairs made we're excellent,however when test driven they did not catch the noise made when driven, possibly a wheel bearing? Great Teamwork I went back one day after my initial service with a specific concern but my writer Steve was off. His Team Mate Jason answered my concerns and had St I went back one day after my initial service with a specific concern but my writer Steve was off. His Team Mate Jason answered my concerns and had Steve contact me right away. In the end they not only answered my concern but discovered a safety need on my vehicle and repaired it same day. Great customer service I brought my dodge in for an oil change, I was told it would be about an hour to you and a half. After 1.5 hours I saw my car was still not being serv I brought my dodge in for an oil change, I was told it would be about an hour to you and a half. After 1.5 hours I saw my car was still not being serviced so I asked how much longer it would be. Jason said it would be about another 20-30 min. After another hour I was starting to get very upset. Then I saw that someone that came in an hour after me was already done and had left. Now I was very upset. I walked the lot for a bit and waited for my car to be done. Needless to say I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I was not a happy customer. As I was waiting for Jason to finish with the couple he had in front of him, another lady employee asked me how I was and I told her I was very mad. She asked my name and who my advisor was and I told her. She went right inside and in less then a min later she came out with my keys and said Jason was sorry and he was taking care of the bill for me. Yes I was very mad for having to wait but knowing the bill was taken care of and I didn’t really have to say anything it made me happy again. More
