Service I took my 2016 Jeep in for a misfire check engine light, explained why I was there, Jason listened to my concerns and set me up with an appointment. I have always been satisfied with the service on my car. Jason always takes care of my car above and beyond. I had a problem with software update on my radio, and it was taken care of quickly. The techs could not replicate the problem and gave a reason that made no sense. Took it back the next day and had a tech ride with me cause I know the conditions necessary to make it happen. The tech witnessed the problem now I have an appointment next week for them to take another look. So right now I cannot make a true recommendation. More

22 days in the shop, over priced, and treated like crap my truck broke down Saturday. got it towed in there that afternoon. got a call on Monday saying they got the truck and the alternator is bad which is my truck broke down Saturday. got it towed in there that afternoon. got a call on Monday saying they got the truck and the alternator is bad which is going to cost $1,300 dollars which I thought was terribly high but I have already paid for a tow there so at that point getting gouged is life. the service rep said truck would be done Wednesday. Wednesday came and went no call no truck so I called Thursday and was told that now the part had to be ordered from Cleveland and it was going to take a week to get here. I guess I'm not important t enough to over night a package for. that week went by and the part was there three days later than expected. once they get the part in I get a call saying well we found your manifold has melted and needs to be replaced. which tells me they never even looked at my truck. I told them something melted down because of the large amount of smoke and now they are figuring out what i told them two weeks later. once that part got in I got a call from my service tech again saying the truck would be done Friday, which turned into this weekend which turned into well our diesel tech has school Monday so now Tuesday which turned into getting my truck back 22 days later on a Friday. I had to rent a car on three separate occasions the price for the repair was outrageous and the customer service was crap. To top it all off I got back a dirty truck with no place mats inside it. also they left mopar detaling cleaning bottle in the bed of my truck. I could of gotten that repair done for half the price in a quarter of the time. it is my work truck and my tools were in there and not knowing it would.be gone for a month I still had alot of my daily tools in there. after all is said and done I had to spend about $2000 on an alternator replacement i called corporate and they cared less than the dealership. I'm a small bussiness owner and I would never treat any of my customers the way they treated me EVER. here's to never going to that place ever again and I hope who ever reads this does the same. More
