Hello my name is Jason Logue, I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and I'm a die hard Eagles fan. I'm married with two daughters and I have been associated and or employed with Ferman since 2000. I was a Police Officer for almost 10 years, which I will always miss, but being home with my wife and kids is important to me and being a part of the Ferman team allows me to do that.

1st when someone calls to make a warranty repair,and the lady says yes to a loaner, and u get there and Jason my service guy says, sorry we cant give loaners company policy, when I took my 2015ram to ferman lady says yes to a loaner, and u get there and Jason my service guy says, sorry we cant give loaners company policy, when I took my 2015ram to ferman in wesley chapel no issue with loaner, dont they own both.. anyway jason said we will diagnose the problem 1st then get figure out what to do, I said I have a water leak in my jeep so when it rains I get about 2 inches of water on my floor board, even showed Jason the pictures, I mean xxxx anyone can look at those pics and say yes u do, do u think I put water in my floor boards on purpose! So that being said I ask around what time will I have a answer, Jason said around lunch, I said ok, went home ,needless to say I'm missing my job, and $$ because of a loaner, and which its again Warranty work!! Not something I did Warranty work so i would expect to get a loaner like most dealers do, if its warranty work I've always gotten a loaner because my vechile is what makes my living. So 1pm comes along I txt Jason he said vechile hasn't even been looked at, xxx I dropped it off at 745am. So I asked about a loaner at 1pm since my vechile has been setting there 5hrs not even looked at yet, horrible. Then around 5 pm jason txts says vechile is done, I said ok can someone come pick me up? After about 20mins he txt back said srry sir are guy leaves at 430pm!! Wft, now why in the xxxx didnt someone Jason tell me that when I got there? So I had to get a ride to pick up my vechile! And when I got there jason said I didnt take it to get detailed because u were on ur waybto pick it up! Lmao, u still could've detailed it or at least said come back another day I'll get it detailed for u sir!! But of course not!! I would rather drive 10 hrs to where I got my jeep at and get it serviced there and buy again from Cumberland CDJR Great dealership there. I will never come.back to this store again. Buyer Beware! Especially if u have to get it serviced lol More

Stopped in for an oil change and was greeted promptly and professionally. Steve is my go guy when it comes to my truck service. He’s a great guy who knows what’s what.
