Lied to me I've had my vehicle in twice to have the fuel gun checked since I am unable to put gas in my tank. It keeps shutting off while I try to fill up. Jason told me they fixed the problem the second time I was in, but my paperwork says they couldn't identify the problem. I tried filling up with gas again, and it did not work. I don't appreciate being told it was fixed when obviously it was not. I called Jason on March 20th. He never returned my call. I called again on March 21st and talked to Cher. I told her the problem and she said Jason would call me. He did not. I called again today, March 25th, and was put on hold by Steve. No one came to phone to take my call. I finally hung up. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received. What a disappointment! Susan Elliott More

Won't buy a Dodge again. 2018 car already falling apart. Dodge told me I'm SOL on repairing it too. I understand I'm over mileage but you'd think they would take care of an issue that is affecting all of th Dodge told me I'm SOL on repairing it too. After dealing with the sales department in buying my used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from th 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from the Parts Department. I had the the Service Department install them. They used 2 guys about 35 minutes to put them on. My bill for just the install was $216.00. I thought this was a little pricey for the job. If i would have known it was going to cost that much , i would have had put them on myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More
